I don't think it's a poor house. It's just less organized. To be completely honest, I think your house is relatively quite spacious than most houses I've ever visited in Japan 😁👍.

To be honest you have a decent house. I’ve seen smaller homes in the US that doesn’t have the amenities you have. It’s cluttered but for the most part, it does offer the basics of what you need. But I agree, if comparing to other homes - this can be thought of as a budget sensitive home.

Quite a substantial house by Japanese standards. Just messy, cluttered and too much unnecessary stuff hoarded. I think shopping for more furniture to help with tidy storage of the essential items, clearning the house of all the unnecessary toys and spontaneous purchases (and don't do too much of that, I know it's easy to do in Japan a consumer society) would make it much better.) Good luck.

The house is nice. It's just a bit messy. Decluttering, cleaning and re-organizing will help it to become beautiful than ever. I really want to live in Japan. The ennvironment is somehow, feel pleasant and attractive.

The title of your video should be "a cluttered house". You are not poor if you own a house. Just imagine how expensive the housing in Japan! You just need to clean and de-clutter it and it will look nice.

This home would be really nice with big shelf. Those small shelf won't do if you want to keep a lot of things. Also you have 2 fridges? And a really big one, that's very nice.

6:38 I thought the Japanese custom is to not bring shoes inside the house or bedroom, and always have the special shoes cupboard at the genkan/ entrance 🙃.
