Finding Freedom Within: Self Reflection as a Tool for Change

In this episode, I explore the nature of the self and how understanding it is crucial for both personal and collective action. I share my own struggles with depression and burnout, and how I discovered the power of transcendence—separating the "I" from the emotions and beliefs that trap us.

This isn’t just about mental well-being; it's about finding the inner strength to resist the crises we face. By learning to reflect on ourselves, we unlock the ability to act without being consumed by despair. This journey is about building resilience, together, as we prepare for what’s to come.

Join me as we begin the path from self-awareness to revolutionary action.

Philosopher, prophet, and pragmatist. Madman and revolutionary. A man for all seasons -- especially this one. A metaphysical existentialist -- who would've guessed? 💯💯😎😎

I think we all grapple with our emotions through difficult times, and there are loads of those, as well as alienation from what passes for normality, now normalcy, because now even normal's unreasonably obscure.
"The greater the difficulty the more glory in surmounting it. Skillful pilots gain their reputation from storms and tempests." Plato
I need quotes like that, and people like you Roger to help me navigate, thank you!

Hi Rodger, Slowly the people will come to know that there will be no help help from the governments. There will be no warnings by phone, radio and tv about extreme weather. The corporations make a lot of money out of replacement of homes, cars, vehicles, etc...

Write XR on so-called sovereign monopoly money. Spend or auction your 'newspaper' at the sovereign's tax collection food outlets.

You're a good man, Roger, but this is not a planet filled with people like you. I think you've done all you can. Let it go. Find peace and spend the remaining time you have doing something for yourself. No one is going to save anyone, and no one is going to stop anything. A billion human beings will die because of the greed of a few Western nations and the elite of those nations, but it will not be your fault. Your conscience should be clean. Sleep easy, my friend. You've done God's work and no one cares. No one ever does.
