A block is on a slope with friction, what happens?

This tutorial goes over what to with problems involving a block on a sloped friction surface. You need to determine if the static friction force would be great enough to keep the block at a rest. If the friction force is not great enough, then the block will accelerate, and you’ll need to use the kinetic coefficient of friction to determine the actual friction force, and the acceleration of the block.

Hi! Thank you for the explanation! Really helpful! But isn't there a miscalculation of the mass? 50kg is equal to 500N, therefore mg comes for 500x9, 81=4905N, right?
