Thank you Rudolf, I have practiced many mantras over the years, the OM chant has proven to be very powerful and was instrumental in opening the energies to release the Serpent power from the base of the spine to the crown Chakra. I suspect it has much to do with the vibration on the palate that stimulates the pineal gland. I have avoided ceremonial magick for six months but have decided to begin ritual practices once more, purely for discipline and order. C.
