The happy alternate reality & ending where they have an ordinary life together. 😎😉 As it should've been.

# Where's our slice of life OVA series of all this Japan!


This should've been the ending of Rebuild instead = where Shinji resets the world once more like in the Manga without angels & Evas ever existing & like episode 26, so they can all grow up normally & live their whole lives to the fullest without a care in the world.

The trio always close in school with their friends after the rebirth of existence post Eva, given a second chance by Shinji without the terrible memories of the past, to be able to move forward again together.

And the ending ends with both the animated Anno and Mari looking on from below the school entrance to see that their work is now complete, and they instead take their own hands as husband and wife like in the real world and move on together down the far streets towards the train station = leaving Eva behind for us fans to be happy with in conclusion while he moves on with her to his new life without Eva... and that would be the credits with one last kiss = while our beloved characters go on with their lives.

Seeing those two great girls together rivalling over Shinji as always, brings a warm warmth to our hearts in feels... Shinji's so lucky to have a great future wife, and a great relative in the family who cares for him this much... in their own ways. 😅🤭


Kensuke's envious for not having this much attention in his life with the girls, but don't worry for him... I'm sure he'll find someone of his own someday, till then = he can play cameraman with the new Ikari family with Aki-Chan and the other siblings to come.
