Starting a new job first week of 2022. Had to change my career path and just needed a change in my life. 2022 is going to be my year.

You can tell Patrick was in the Army. I was in the Army in the Infantry and then 2nd ranger. Anything that my rangers did or failed to do was on me. If they went out and got a DUI it was on me. My leadership.so if anybody's getting to a managerial position or a supervisor position. If you have people underneath you starting to pick up your mannerisms or start acting like you. Remember imitation is the best form of flattery. You're doing something right.what a my first sergeant told me this because I had like six guys acting like me. They started talking like me, and aggressive like myself.they always made fun of me as well because I'm like the poster boy of infantry or alphatype. Small waist broad shoulders 230lbs six-pack Johnny bravo type jawline. Always look like I have a scowl on my face.

A lot of people decide to change only to come back to their older self. I have observed this over and over again. Even when I look to my oldest photos, I definitely got a lot of things changed but it took a lot of trial and failure.

In fact, I believe that the best way to drastic and lasting change is to make a drastic move, (for example going abroad...) This is has been the greatest way to make lasting change, but once you move to the next level, you need to make other changes... Each level requiring a new version of you, the best skill you should foster is flexibility and adaptability.
