I may have said this idea already (sorry if I have) but a suggestion from me is maybe you could show the machine in action on just a spin cycle with a few dry towels in? Just to show the machine in action could also give us an idea of how loud or quiet it is on the spin cycle I would understand if you can’t do it though since your in the showroom

Just got this and the little plastic part that stops using all the liquid detergent straight away seems to be preventing the machine from using it, after a cycle there is still some liquid left in the draw. Anyone else have this issue
