That rig of hers makes one of the greatest guitar sounds of all time.

I believe I just switched religions...what a rhythm section, Anna Butterss on bass & drummer Beth Goodfellow, nothing short of fantastic! The drum groove reminds me of Ziggy Modeliste.

Simply great.
Extremely professional with emotion, melody, rhytm and technique.
Love the complex simplicity.

Absolutely incredible! Such a talented songwriter/musician/singer, and that band! The mix here! There aren't enough exclamation points to convey how happy this bit of moving air makes me! Madison's gonna be big, or at least she should be (justice/taste/world/etc.)!

The vibe here is INCREDIBLE !! Props to 88.5 FM for a super clean mix, and a video that captures their intuitive chemistry on brilliant display. I saw these talented ladies, (Anna Butterss-Bass & Beth Goodfellow-Drums) support Madison live onstage, at the Wiltern in LA, as the opener for Andrew Bird's "My finest work yet' tour. They both have extensive jazz backgrounds and were just excellent onstage with her. They seem to be jamming together when Madison is in So Cal. Elsewhere on tour, she utilizes Bird's touring band (Abe Rounds, Alan Hampton, Chester Tyler-Keys). That also works, as they played on her studio recording of "Who are you now, " and she plays guitar and sings in support of Andrew onstage during his set. Chester also produces much of Madison's music. Extremely impressed with Ms. Goodfellow, as she used sticks, mallets & brushes to great effect during "LA: looking alive." Why are there no YT video for this show?? I would Love to see these two become the core touring band for Madison's future live shows.

I listen to this and I'm perplexed as to who to admire while listening(I like to focus on one instrument sometimes) and each of them attract my attention and as I'm like "wow she's killing it on the drums", Madison does something elegant on the guitar and as I'm focusing there anna butters plays a smooth groove, incredible musicians all around

Watching this again I’m laughing... giving away her music online... She’s so freaking good I’ll pay almost any sum to see her live. Take my money

I seen her play with a few different backing bands but this is by far my favorite. They look like they're having so much fun and they are so solid
