Skye Boat Song play along for violin

Показать описание

Play along version of Skye Boat Song with sheet music and fingerings (/ tab. ish.). Great for beginners getting used to playing multiple notes in one bow.

Time stamps for practicing the parts individually:

00:00 count-in and first section
00:35 second section
01:05 third section (same as first)

The Skye Boat Song is a 19th century Scottish song set to a melody collected by Anne Campbelle MacLeod, so it's possible the tune is older. It has been used in an old episode of Doctor Who, and more recently as the theme song of Outlander (with changed lyrics).
