second. I believe black bolts furies are value based, and medusa synergy is 25% flat. between the two I don't think this is 900k damage equivalent even with the 50% reduced base attack. because it is base attack only that is affected. still ~430k damage with -50% base atk is pretty insane.

He could be an abyss option, HM and Medusa have some decent utility and you can bring doom and torch with black bolt and synergy’s

Black Bolt's buffs have a separate cap for being hit by and hitting crits, so you can go up to 30 each.

the time the buffs went over 15 was because you took some hits, and his received-hit-buffs dont count towards the 15 buff stack limit @ karatemike, great video btw! making me think theyll just never buff black bolt cause of these synergies lol

Hey Mike. You’ve said a couple of times that going over 15 buffs is a bug. I don’t think it is. You can also gain buffs when getting hit by crit. Those don’t count for the 15 limit so they stack.

So Since you are making CCP vids on Blackbolt, i would expect you to sig 200 your 6* BB if you have or ever get him 🙂 since nobody ever is gonna sig 200 their BB .
