Sand the trucks with high grit paper and it’ll help the paint stick better. Also, do a layer of primer, especially on metal which has a slippery grip for paint.

I keep thinking that this paint (black 2.0) is ideal for the background color with fluorescent or glow in the dark foreground paint. DO IT !

if you want to get paint smooth and even take a sponge and wipe it across the paint and if you need to do another layer and repeat until smooth and fully covered
