It's just odd how evidence routinely shows that cultures that eat a lot of fish tend to be very healthy overall but then all of a sudden fish is supposed to be a horrible danger that'll poison you if you eat more than 6 measly ounces a week. You'd think countries like Japan, South Korea, Spain, and Norway would have completely collapsed by now if that were the case. In fact in Iceland the average person apparently eats 2.2 POUNDS of fish / 3 days.

Why, in light of current events, can we possibly believe the government to tell us what to eat and what is in the water!

I used to think that this wasn't an issue. I ate 2 cans of albacore tuna every day for around 2 years. Then I started having some weird health issues, and my holistic naturopathic doctor finally decided to do a heavy metal urine test.

It turned out that I had moderate mercury toxicity. I talked to multiple doctors about this, and they were all very sure that eating so much albacore tuna caused it. So I did a heavy metal detox, by taking some supplements given by my doctor, and doing an inferred sauna to detox.

Since then, I also completely stopped eating tuna, and I only eat low mercury fish, like salmon, pollock, whiting, chub mackerel, and shrimp.

Eating fish is very healthy, so I do recommend that people eat fish, but make sure to limit the amount of high mercury fish. You can lookup charts online of the mercury amount of each fish. Basically, the larger the fish, the higher mercury. High mercury fish are usually larger fish, like shark, king mackerel, and albacore tuna.

I agree. I've been eating Fish like tuna, Salmon, king mackarel everyday 3x a day for many years. It keeps me healthy. I feel weak, sleepy lazy if I don't eat fish.

I agree with you, if mercury from fish is that dangerous, how do many Japanese people live pass 90 years while eating fish a lot more than other part of the world.

first of all the FDA says that the vax was safe, the FDA are idiots... i'm just sayin' you can go by someone who actually cares.. but either way, i'm with you, eat the fish.. i even like eating shark, and oysters on a normal basis (not all day everyday, but a couple times a week, type of normal)

A glass mercury thermometer broke in my mouth when I was toddler. I swallowed it all ... and the doctor didn’t want to do anything about it, lol. As an adult, I got my mercury levels tested and they were off the charts high. I don’t have mercury dental work, so that’s were my big dose came from :(

It's crazy how I can't seem to find any current lab reports on the mercury content of canned tuna, yet everywhere I look It's "tuna bad, fish bad, listen to our propaganda".

What about other heavy metals and toxins like arsenic? Sardines for instance have minimal amounts of mercury, but high amounts of arsenic. Would the high selenium content in these fish counteract these other toxins too?

That's strange ...at MIT they tested Tuna and Swordfish and found not only mercury...but much higher levels of microplastics. The plastic is what you will have to worry about because they are finding it in human biopsy tissues

definitely bogus. The longest lived women in the world arefrom Okinawa and their diet includes fish up to everyday a week.

Hey rob I'm glad you talked about this topic 👍 question, is it okay for someone with tsw (with super dry flaky skin) to shower everyday for 5m? I heard if you shower everyday it can dry out your skin even more..

Hey Rob do you think using moistureizers are bad? Because I learned about moistureizer withdrawl, and how using moistureizers can be bad for the skin.

Thanks for the video! I’m a longline fisherman, hence i eat a lot of fish. I always wonder why I haven’t gotten sick from eat so much raw tuna I’ve eat pounds a day for days on end. If we get a bluefin or big eye chunk I’m not letting it go to waste and it’s good to know it won’t kill me.

Mercury levels has to change in a "Positive way, " to be considered bad.

Interesting. I’ll have to look into this more. This is the first time I have ever heard this. I’m a bit skeptical b/c of course there’s no bias in the FDA and they always care about my health first vs. big $ from big pharma & big ah companies. (Sarcastically said)

Hi Rob. Does it accumulate? I’m thinking it doesn’t based on your bloodwork. Thank you

This video lacks a lot of research in my opinion. Citing a study about pregnant woman ? It's well documented that they need to eat more fish than average people because their body need the iodine for their baby's brain development and fish is a great source of that. I'm no expert on this, I have surface level knowledge but you're not going to convince me that higher levels of mercury in food isn't dangerous without a lot more evidence... Are you aware that mercury is fat soluble and can take years to build in your body ? Anecdotal proofs from self and past generations isn't going to make anyone change their mind unless they didn't have a based opinion to start with.
