Thank you, thank you! I started canning 9 months ago. My mother and my mother-in-law didn’t can ... my husband’s grandmother died after eating home canned green beans that were given to her as a gift. Before I began canning I asked my husband about his thoughts and he said he trusted me. So before I canned my very first jar, I watched nearly every video you have made and if you say it’s safe I can it. If you say it isn’t safe, I don’t. My family and I are so appreciative of your ministry of sharing your wisdom. Thank you, thank you.

OMG, I am tearing up with you. ❤️ I could tell watching you and your sister announce the launch of your finished book that it meant the world to you to be able to pull all his information together, for all of us. Thank you thank you thank you! Here’s the kicker, I also printed off your water bath canning course that I just signed up for. I’ve been talking about how I enjoy your videos, I love learning from you, and I think you and your husband are fantastic. So my husband saw the printed water bath canning course, pointed to it and said I want to do that with you! Hallelujah 😎

I know you don’t know me, I started following you two months ago because I wanted to be productive. I am 74 and pretty late to start preserving food other than water bath. To make a sad story short, last Sept 2021 we lost our Son and I had a really tough time as did my family. I made quilts like record times but I needed something else. I actually was scrolling You Tube and fell upon you. You are responsible for helping my grief time. I bought a pressure cooker like you have and bought a magic mill dehydrator, 11 shelves. I got the USDA book you suggested, now you have come out with your book 👍🏻 I follow you to exact what you teach from the science info. I watch as many videos I can find. I’m hoping my hubby, of 54 yrs, can show me how to do pdf, I’m not very computer savvy lol. May God bless you and Jim and Cindy and John. 🥰

Thank you for your testing. I can't think of another source that I trust more than yours since I've found your channel. Of course I wouldn't dream of storing cakes on a shelf. Yikes!

Such a beautiful heart you, your sister and husband have for taking your valuable time to help so many especially in these trying times. Congratulations Pam and Cindy on your book, superbly written instructions for any questions that I’m sure many have asked. Have a blessed evening!

I have a friend who asked how to can peaches, so I sent your WB precess for peaches, and advised follow to a T. You’re always my go to for questions and recommendations. I have the USDA book, but it’s wonderful to see it come to life in a video.

I just have to tell someone right now! Amazon just delivered my Presto 23 quart pressure cooker, just like Pam's! Beef stew, hamburger, chili, squash, chicken legs, mushroom soups. Can't wait! Waited 70 years to buy my own, but I finally did with courage from this channel. ♥

Thank you for the service you provide: teaching people to be self reliant, how to safely preserve food and being ready for emergencies! I’m 67 years old; my mom passed in 2019. She was your twin at heart. She grew up on a farm with 8 siblings (11 total in the family counting her) and I can easily relate to your stories about older children looking out for younger children. Watching your videos remind me of mom cheering me on from her command center at the kitchen table; in her last 5 years she lived with us. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m an old lab/engineering tech and love science! I’m truly thankful for all you do. Your videos are the first I watch in all of my YouTube notifications. I bought the new book immediately upon its release! I tip my hat to Jim who is the steady behind-the-scene shopper, videographer, fire starter, scene preparer, question answerer, and all around partner! Cindy (and hubby) have put forth lots of effort and deserve accolades as well. She’s beautiful, her laughter and cheer are so pleasant. What a beautiful family you share with us! Thanks so much, and congratulations to all.

Evidence! I love your approach! As a nurse we always follow, "evidence based practice" and this holds true with canning and food prep also! Thank you!

I don't know about anyone else but if I get in a survival situation the last thing on my mind is whether or not I have enough cake. On a lighter note I love your book!!! I bought it today and I have gotten the other material in the past few weeks.. You are a God send to those of us that are learning long term storage and being safe in the process

First, congratulations on your and Cindy's book! Second, It scares the dickens out of me thinking about being responsible for the possible death of someone eating canned cake out of a jar that I gave them! Great video as always, thank you.

We, my wife and I, had full intentions of purchasing this meal plan several days ago when we first saw the announcement, but you heartfelt and sincere appreciation made me stop and do it now.

Thank you for the sincerity, dedication and passion that you both share. We are sincerely appreciative of your teaching, dedication and sincerity.

My thinking was mild… hot jar, moisture, then the lid causing condensation.

This is the only channel that test the recipes besides the usual testing organizations. Thank you Professor Pam and Jim for all you do! You have made a canner out of me!
