I don't mean to be rude so please forgive me, but, what do people expect when you live below sea level and are built on bales of cotton? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE NO and I have/had (he died) a friend that grew up in Raceland before moving to Florida. Heck, none of that matters. Anyway, y'all be careful down there. I wanna come visit again!

Never seen anything like this? Must not have been here long. New Orleans has been flooding since I can remember and I m over 50. Holly Grove use to flood yearly untill we found out the water was from old Metairie. Then in the late 70's it was flooding at least once a year. I bought a new car in 79 and lost it in a flood in 1980. The sewage and waterboard has had these problems for at least 30 years.
