All right, I've just got to say this -- the story of David and Goliath is not a contradiction. David killed Goliath with a sling stone. But he wanted to take his head back to the King to prove him dead. Everyone needs to keep in mind that this guy isn’t showing any evidence, but he’s claiming it to be fact. Yet I’ve studied religion my entire adult life, yet never once never heard any of the claims that he’s making. It’s not that I’m not seeking the truth, I absolutely am. Most of our history has been re-written by those who came to power and needed people to remain obedient under their rule. So a lot of the things we learn now as modified versions, the originals thrown to the trash and casted out to be irrelevant because "it no longer fits the times" That's how fickle we are. In fact right now we are trying to ban certain books and re-write them to "fit" Our times currently. Everything we believe we know could have been tainted or misunderstood or edited to fit anyone's agenda that is willing to put in the work and effort to do it. Everything we currently believe is usually indoctrinated into us out of fear and control. We fear what we don't understand because it is being taught to us that it's good or evil. Prevents us from exploring to see that what we believed all along might have not been true at all but was twisted so that we would stick to believing on a certain way

Bruh, as a Christian I'm still amazed by the amount of people that claim to be Christian and "go to church regularly" yet don't realize how much the Bible of today has been crafted to fit a certain "image" essential. Like how much the catholic church has removed/hidden and it goes even further back than them. The bible actually states that there were more than 12* disciples and the list goes on. Also a lot of people tend to try to take everything said in the Bible in a literal translation and or think the old testament is still relevant in a lot of today's "practice". Literally only the New testament is what "today" is based on. There's so many deep dives you can get into that actually make sense but good luck reaching the sheep
