Configure Zabbix with LDAP | Mak Mahlawat

Hi Everyone,

In this video we learn how to configure Zabbix with LDAP using Microsoft Active Directory.

Pre-requisites for this to work :
1. Working Zabbix Server
2. Working Active Directory
3. Zabbix Web Server should be able to reach the AD Server on the LDAP Port (389 Default).

Steps for Configuration :-

1. Create a User Group on Zabbix with Front access as LDAP
2. Create a User zabbixbind without a password inside the User Group created in Step 1.
3. Create User zabbixbind on Windows AD with a strong password
4. Set Authentication Parameters on Zabbix referring from AD
5. Create another user on zabbix and AD to test login
