I just skimmed through this. I hope he went to Jimmy's Grotto for a Ponza Rotta. A true Waukesha staple. Also, the garlic bread at Mia's is another Waukesha classic.

As a Waukesha native, I got to go "I know where that is" a ton.

Very upsetting that Carmen De La Paz referred to what happened at the Waukesha Christmas Parade as a "tragic accident". (17:20) Her involvement in the memorial should definitely be reassessed if this is her interpretation of what occurred that day.

Waukesha is known for its spring water, fox head beer, white rock soda, its wrong that it is know being pushed as guitar town, since there were no guitars made there and everything is now being named after les Paul. Only because he was famous and made a guitar.

I grew up going to the Pix Theater for movies c. 1978 through c. 1989. There also was the "Park" movie theater a few blocks and a bit south from the Pix. I remember driving by the Pix one time with my dad and it was showing X rated softcore erotica. There was this real heavy set lady standing outside the theater staring at the movie poster.

He filled a small venue in a county highly supportive. Stroked his cult. Didn’t even know he was visiting as he’s a nothing burger to the general public. Waukesha rocks!

Someone recommended this video. Watched 30 seconds… “Guitar town”. No. Honestly no one here ever talked about guitars or Les Paul ever, until one day it just started and has been shoved down our throats ever since. Many people had never even heard of Les Paul, let alone those in his home town.
I feel as though it is just tolerated, and still no one talks about Les Paul or his guitars. Literally no one cares.
