I think the show definitely has one more season left in the tank. Networks are usually kind enough to let shows that go on this long have a proper finale, so the fact this has a cliffhanger is hopefully a good sign

I loved this season a lot, even with all the changes. The new characters, even if not as charismatic at first, really gave something extra to the show (love the gay Asian guy), and the development of Katie, Cooper, Taylor and Oliver was amazing. I don't know if it's gonna be renewed, but I hope it is. When I watched the last episode I thought the season still had like 5-8 episodes left (because it was way shorter than usual), but then I saw the behind the scenes/bloopers they add after each season finale and I was like "oh no, it's the last one". It was such a messy and fun way to end the season, but those cliffhangers are just too much. :(

Honestly this needs to be continued. Freeform should continue it, they already have some ABC properties there like The Middle in re-runs and Grown-ish thats based on Black-ish which airs on ABC. Freeform can also make Coliver canon.
