Chef Silvio Germann has taken the reigns at restaurant Mammertsberg as a partner together with his former mentor, three Michelin starred chef Andreas Caminada. Germann has worked at Caminada’s highly decorated Schloss Schauenstein - three Michelin stars, 19 Gault Millau points - before opening the first branch of Igniv by Andreas Caminada in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland. While heading the kitchen for seven years he managed to achieve two Michelin stars as well as 18 Gault Millau points at the restaurant which is housed in the beautiful Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Mammertsberg is situated in Freidorf near St. Gallen in Switzerland. Besides world class cooking it boasts an intriguing interior design by star architect Tilla Theus and magnificent views of Lake Constance. Several stylish rooms are available so you can enjoy the lovely wine cellar as well.
