Idk how it works in Canada but in my state, I took a lie detector test which was admisible in court and found my ex to be a liar. She got 4 months in jail and I got custody of my kid after she failed a lie detector test. I also countersued her for defamation so it didn't look better esp when she didn't show up to court.

Well just getting to court in Australia costs like 100K+. Till then the lying whore or bastard can do what they like and if they grab the kids the court pretty much defers to whoever holds the kids.

If the 1st thing the would be co-parent does is make false accusations. They should be held accountable. Children and men and women lives have been destroyed by a system that cares nothing about family. Ugly! How is it that I would be considered the deadbeat when those are my seed? Hold up be! Because i didn't pay ex $$$. Then my babies still get lame half ass so -called education. The cognitive dissonance of the failure of traditional family court has gone way past bedtime. I totally believe in taking care of my family. However this system tried to sell me a relationship with my babies. To give money to a lying bitter baby mom. GTFO f.
