Everything seems all innocent, until you realize they're actually pointing out or setting up momentsin the most horrifying way:
The toaster is clearly about the missile that destroyed Wanda's home, or the synthezoid made by Ultron combined with JARVIS would be the birth of Vision
The Strucker watch clearly references Baron Strucker, who did experiments on Wanda with the Mind Stone
The Hydra soap being HYDRA, which was Wanda's home following the destruction of her home
The Lagos paper towels, meaning her accidental killings of humanitarians in Lagos during Civil War
The Yo-Magic (by far the most horrifying) foreshadowing Agatha's power to drain life out of people (hence the shark giving the castaway who rapidly ages and dies trying to open the yogurt can, and the castaway symbolizes Wanda with the red clothing)
The Nexus pills, ultimately, means her transformation into THE SCARLET WITCH.

Even now those uncanny commercial scenes are the scariest shit in the MCU. Just so uncomfortable and uneasy. The spooky symbolism and little signs at how deeply unhingend and unstable Wandas psyche and the fucked up game she is playing here are, it just creeped the fuck outta me. Shame that the MCU couldnt keep up quality after that.

When the ads starting getting color that’s when I started not realizing that they were fake ads.

Breaking down the Nexus commercial:

Nexus beings are those who can affect probability and the future. There is only one Nexus being in each universe and they act like little keystones within the multiverse. Within the comics Wanda is the Nexus being of 616 (the MCU is also 616 but they are still very clearly separate and different canons). “A unique anti-depressant that works to anchor you back to your reality; or the reality of your choice.” “Nexus, because the world doesn’t revolve around you. Or does it?” Both those sentences seem to lean into the lore of Nexus beings heavily. Nexus beings having so much powers they can warp reality to their please and having their respective universes literally revolve around them. The sentences “Ask your doctor about Nexus” and “You should not take Nexus unless your doctor has cleared you to move onto your life.” Could be foreshadowing to Agatha’s actions leading Wanda to becoming the Scarlet Witch with Wanda not having her doctor’s clearance as Agatha is clearly terrified. Oh and shows how Wanda is clearly depressed XD that to!

Toastmate 2000: Being that Vision is a result of Ultron's magnum opus, combined with Tony Stark's once-fragmented AI assistant JARVIS, this likely references him and his prevalence in Wanda's life.
Strucker Watch: References the experiments Wanda was subject to by Hydra when they gained access to the Mind Stone in the form of the Scepter Loki used in The Avengers.
Hydra Soak: The tagline likely references the part where Wanda sees a vision of herself as the Scarlet Witch, which she ironically tried to run away from for years.
Lagos: Unsure, but likely it deals with Wanda trying to normalize her powers by retroactively altering people's perception inside the Hex.
Yo-Magic: Foreshadowing Agatha Harkness' ability to suck the life force of people around her, which she intended to do to Wanda. This one can throw people for a loop because it focuses on Agatha, and not Wanda.
Nexus: Side effects include: Pointing out the obvious. I don't think this makes an allusion to Doctor Strange, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's why they picked a prescribed drug.
