Wussup Towners. We hopped on the grill today and cooked a whole cabbage with just 2 Ingredients. We wrapped the cabbage in heavy duty aluminum foil to allow the natural juices from the cabbage to help to keep it moist. The butter and seasoning were able to permeate all through the cabbage, this bad boy came off the grill and was soft, tender, and had excellent flavor. Try this recipe out guys. Enjoy!
Directions Clean off any bad leaves on the outside of the cabbage and wash the cabbage. Take a knife and cut a square around the core to remove the core from the cabbage. Pour the creole seasoning inside the cabbage and stuff all the butter inside the cabbage. Place the core back on top of the cabbage to close the opening and then wrap the whole cabbage in heavy duty aluminum foil. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Once the cabbage is fork tender it's ready to be removed from the grill.
