I'm going for C2 Eula cuz that means more frequent lightfall swords which also deal more dmg . So she's going to dance while nuking her surroundings more frequently <3

I waited over a year and a half to pull for Eula. She’s the last Waifu I have left to complete the collection. I’m pulling for her and that’s final. And because she’s a Claymore user it means I can farm ores while having something very nice to look at.

That all depends. If you already skipped her once, do you really want to wait over a year for a character to come back or if not NEVER?

For people who already have them, no you don't need to roll on the banner. Save them for the newer characters.
If you don't care and just want to roll, even though newer stuff is coming out soon, go for it.

I think they are intentionally slow rolling Genshin right now, with mid banners, no new releases so everyone goes to play Star Rail. Other than Wifu Eula and Cute Klee, these units are so far from must or should pull its nutty.

I guess if you're a die hard eula fan but honestly the 4 stars aren't great and overall is a waste. I tried to get her as just a collection, spent 1760 primos and got a new 4 star but lost my 50/50 after a long time, which Im fine with as now i have my guarantee for the next banner.
