Oh my Lord! I've been following him forever. His pastry work is off the charts! He needs to open his own place. But now he's in Vegas. I'm not a gambler but I may have to go for a couple of days just for some of his beautiful work. What makes them even more beautiful is that he uses very little marzipan. Marzipan is what I imagine paper would taste like. He does all of his work with various forms of chocolate, fruit, and whipped cream. Maybe I'll plan my 65th out in Vegas.
