11:42 I'm not sure why people think this... I'm guessing a lot of the rocket league community has never played smash bros. When I send someone flying like this, I chase after them in the air and finish the job. That's the fun part of this mode, imo. Kind of like edge blocking....

Leth I created a new gamemode for knockout bash. I was messing around, focusing on juking people and watching them go flying off the map (it's best on Calavera because they can just fly into spikes). I narrowed it down and called it the Pacifist run. You cannot score any points until you are down to one life. If you score any points, you can either leave to a new match or ff the run and play as usual, up to the player. It's a fun challenge. It can be slow at times and may not be easy to make a video of, but even still the amusement and joy I have doing this challenge is amazing. I've tried other variations of rules as well, such as keeping 3 stocks and no points up until sudden k.o., the usual pacifist but a handicap of up to 50 points allowed (cuz sometimes I accidentally do damage and don't feel like ff the run), as well as pacifist until first stock lost. Only once on Calavera have I gotten close to a perfect all 0's game (0 score, damage, grabs, and blocks) which is my ultimate goal. Just thought I'd pass this idea down on to you and see your thoughts :D

Aw Leths a thrower lol. I tend to just go for heavy hits I get so much joy watching someone just go flying across the map. I know throws are a big strat but it's just boring to me so I avoid it. But it's usually how I go out lol

When all three of you would go way off the map trying to kill each other it had vibes of smash pros that don't even need the platforms

Leth the map has a death circle and it gets smaller as the time goes on. Those with good recoveries n car control wont be bothered by it much til sudden death but it does make it useful to hit. Also you can hit someone mid air to hazards or floor as well.

Air jumps are very good for long distance recoveries, if you get launched and you angle yourself the right way you launch yourself straight up, theyre also good for stopping all of your momentum

Attack counters a grab
need some good rotation

Attack is my favorite move because everyone mostly just uses grab. Sending people flying just releases a special kind of dopamine. Also light attacks can combo into grabs which is fun
