SMORES COOKIES RECIPE
This recipe makes 16 cookies. Here's what you need:
16 graham cracker squares
4 Hershey Chocolate Bars (broken into 3 square pieces)
16 marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with a Silpat mat (or parchment paper).
Make the cookie dough.
Place 6 graham crackers on the prepared baking sheet and layer 3 squares of chocolate and one marshmallow over each.
Scoop 1/4 cup of the cookie dough, shape it into a disk, and layer over the smore like in a dome shape.
Bake for 12 minutes or until set through and golden brown. Repeat until you have 16 cookies.
