This series of videos is suitable for programmers with minimal (or no) programming experience who want to learn Java. This is the thirteenth video in the Introductory Java series, and the fourth video in lesson 3 (branching). In this video we'll dig a little deeper into Boolean variables, which many beginning programmers find difficult to master. We'll look at some common patterns for using Boolean variables in a program.

There is a suggested (free) book below that you could read along with the videos lessons. However, the video is very straightforward and can also stand alone or accompany any other introductory Java textbook. Let's have some fun learning to program in Java!
