People on ground floor places sjould ve been watned to evacuate and go to solid buildings like jospitals way before worst of rain..authorities acyed way too late.
Particularly heart wrenching was 2 little boys swept away...at least people protesting...

The government of Spain are not reporting the number of people killed in the Valencia floods. There are thousands killed not 200. In one village they are saying there is up to 5000 killed. There have been 78 municipalities destroyed by the floods.

Spanish government was busy in giving aid to Gaza and Lebnon so Radicals can enjoy and now focusing back home residents should be patient. Now Spanish Government is giving free meals shelter to people at Valencia and they should enjoy and be calm.

What exactly are the points why the protesters demand that the government resigns?
I mean this was a once in a century natural catastrophe for which no one was prepared.

Honestly my impression is that these protests are rather part of the always existing animosity between left and right wing politics, which I believe in Spain is stronger than in other European countries.
