I think putting max damage, 3 points in speed, and the rest in health could be a good balance. Glacialith has a ton of counters other kaiju often use tactics like hit-and-run or wait until you're low on health to target you. Glacialith shines in the endgame when fully leveled, but slower kaiju like Goliath, Ramthore, Glacialith, Vargoth, and others really need at least 3 points in speed. That's because slow kaiju actually have a big advantage against long range and high speed kaiju if they can close the gap.

I honestly hate it when players use hit-and-run tactics it feels like cowardice to me.
