My honest reaction and review of Stray Kids "MIROH" M/V

Sometimes we relax and have fun and watch funny/entertaining videos that don't require many comments, but with every song reaction I try to make them meaningful and educational, share my opinions, thoughts and ideas. Maybe to interpret the song better, it will be helpful for you to know that "miroh" (미로) means "maze" in Korean.
Fun fact: The pronunciation of "miroh" is similar to the word "mirror", and these two are often used as a rhyme in kpop songs (really, I've heard it sooo many times).

Because Stray Kids used maze as a symbol for this album, I'm assuming it has a meaning.
In my opinion (which is of course just an opinion, so people can think differently) in that song they are comparing living their lifes to going through the maze.

They have to go through maze (life), while overcoming many obstacles ("traps" from the first verse), which can be hard, but like the lyrics says - they are okay with that, because they are the ones who chose this life/lifestyle.

Also in the previous series of albums, the albums were connected in one story (about discovering who you really are and what you want to do). Now, I'm assuming that since the new series began with "Miroh", it will be another connected story.

So in "Miroh" they are going through the maze (life) and trying to find their way. But in the maze (like in life) you can easily choose to go in the wrong direction. So in "Side Effects" I think they are on the wrong path and that's why this song is so dark, heavy and loud. In the lyrics they are angry at themselves, because they can't be real in front of the others - there is something about being/acting different in every situation, with every person, and being confused about that (not knowing which "me" is the true "me"). And I even think that's why it's called "Side Effects" - because putting on different masks is the side effect of living.

In the MV to "Side Effects" there was a key at the end - this new series of albums (starting from "Miroh") is called "Clé" which means "key" in French. I think they are "looking for the key", where 'key' is the answer to which way to go (in the maze/life).

I might overthink, but it all makes sense to me haha And I'm waiting for "Clé 3" ☺️

Actually, as u already know, SKZ, G7 and Twice are from the same company, but G7 debuted first and in the first MVs of them some of the Twice member appears. Was funny to me to watch the mv for the first time because of Got7 and then a second time, years later, cuz of Twice
