Bore height doesn't matter, it's already been demonstrated with a 2' raised optic. Snipers in ww1 also used to use mirrors to shoot as well.

I agree, it's a pellet gun. However they do make scope mounts that rise just above the iron sites so they both can be utilized. I have one on my 30-30 lever. Its awesome for hunting thick brush with trail clearings. Gives you the best of both worlds.
