I have 4 daughters and many nieces, cousins, and sisters by family and by heart. There are lots of amazing women in my life. I don’t want any of them to be surprised or frustrated by their bodies, but to cherish and know how to care for their bodies. I want them to have the answers I was deprived of at their age. I suffered for years with female issues that were not prioritized by doctors at the time and I had annual exams. We are the transitional generation aiming to make our quality of life better, especially for the generations that follow. Thank you, Tamron, for this interview. You’re a gem!🙏🏽💜💐

Coming from the generation that Michele comes from I understand this conversation. Our mothers didn't want to talk about things due to their lack of understanding or the way in which they were raised. I'm glad to see that she is broaching this subject matter. Also, she broached that her daughters could make their own happiness instead of following the norm of society. Marriage does not guarantee happiness. The fact that girls are socialized to get married and have children. Just because you have children doesn't mean that you are going to be good at parenting. A lot of people who have children don't make good parents.
