by the wya, if scroll jump with xmouse isnt working for you, set the custom key thing to {SPACE} and the way it sends simulated key strokes to 3(the settings icon on the right of it).

question, on the part of "how to send the simulated key strokes" is better to have it on 1 or 8? On 1 the macro is delayed and on 8 the macro works better for me

Sorry, this might be late, but I have 2 questions:
1- what's the point of creating the ClientSettings and ClientAppSettings files? You didn't put anything into them.
2- Is that Macro tutorial at the end a program ? or a built-in mouse settings ? (I have a bad mouse which contains only primary, secondary and middle mouse buttons, so it doesn't have such settings).

oh, I would have 240 fps, and then 45 fps with lags is not the case at all, although I'm moving fast, but it's impossible to trimp

For the fps unlocked when I’m in the menu it shows 240 fps but in game it’s 70…
