Hi Kevin, great series of videos.
I'm interesting in contacting you or your company soon.

I've currently just got a residental mortgage than I'm living in. However there are a few properties I'm interested that need a refurb and I now I can make about 50k etc. I have the deposit (75% LTV). Ideally I would like the loan to continue (roll on) for atleast 12 months just on the safe side before the sale of the property.
Is this something I would be eliable for as I'm very interested?

Thanks again

Hello Kevin please advise when attending an auction sales floor does one need to deposit a large amount of money with the auction house prior. I was talking to a Southend based auction house recently and they advised in order to attend you need to deposit a sum £30, 000 which is refunded after the auction as ended. Thanks

Hi kevin I would like to tap into your fountain of knowledge!! My question is say I was on Iva and cleared and satisfied it after the first year obviously my credit would be tarnished for a further 5 years would a bridging loan be likely to accept if the 25% deposit was put in ??? Also is there anyone out there that would refinance the deal to pay back the bringing loan based on buying it a below true market value and adding a good level of value? Many thanks in advance 😜
