When I tried this for the first time 4 years ago, I was completely shocked.
Man, it was just awesome and I thought why wouldn't I born in Kerala and why I took 22 years of my life to taste one of the best dishes in the world.
Sadya is an emotion for Keralites and it should be easily available over the Indian geography.

I got to eat Sadhya in JNV Tonk, Rajasthan where migratory students from Kerala and two Malayalam teachers prepared this for all the teachers... If I say it was tasty or awesome it's an understatement! It's literally soul food and at last Payasam with papadam and banana... Probably if Gods descended to Earth you could serve them these! Loved it❤❤❤

Keralities don't use the term Thali for meal or food.. Because, the word Thali is used for Pendent especially Wedding Pendant( Thali/Thali mala) in Malayalam language... just like the term Mangalsuthra is used in other Indian States.
We call these type of special meals as Sadhya....
So when we hear Thali, we usually mistake it with Wedding "Thali".
