The Fast and The Furious took place in 2004 and F9 take place in 2019 so it's been 15 years since Brian met Dom and Jesse died

As a big Vin Diesel fan myself, I wanna see him move away from Fast & Furious and make new original projects, ones where he doesn’t play a Dominic Toretto like character in them. He is an ACTOR and he CAN play other roles. Maybe they can rejuvenate his career.

If people could think twice and take a look at Vin Diesel’s previous films like the Riddick trilogy, Triple X, Groot, The Pacifier, Knockaround Guys, Boiler Room, A Man Apart, Saving Private Ryan, Babylon AD, The Iron Giant, Find Me Guilty, The Last Witch Hunter and Strays.

It does show Vin can do other roles, but I think Fast & Furious is way too much.
