I tried it and now I am on ios 9.3.2 but whenever I try to play music or do anything on the apple music app it just crashes and I have lost all the album art as well....please help please

So before I downloaded the beta I was on iOS 9.2 and backed up everything on my laptop, am I still able to downgrade or will I lose everything because I didn't update to 9.3.2 before hand?
