I know this is half reps but just for training its fine.
This was also right after 6 sets of bench press and 5 sets of pec flyes and 5 sets of triceps pushdown.
And i dont have this exiersise in my training program so i just did it for fun😂

Amazing strength for the age! Keep doing what you're doing and make sure to get plenty of rest.
I trained alot at your age and unfortunately have a few injuries and niggles.
Stay safe

No fail at all, the "form" police always have something to say. As far as I am concerned it don't matter how you do it, a lift is a lift, all lifts build muscle and strength. Those 42s will feel like you are pushing feathers in a few months time. As long as you keep challenging yourself there is no right or wrong

That is the first step towards your goal...
Don't lose hope..
Don't listen what others say..
Never give up..
Use all your rage and anger to fuel your pre-workout..

Great start 👍👍😊

Impressive, really strong! Couple of things to consider is to tuck your elbows slightly (for shoulder health), and drop the weight a bit so you can go all the way down.

Let the gainz begin. This is how you train people.

half reps are fine for building up strength, eventually full reps will be achieved!

very shallow ROM, very high elbows (which isnt bad form, just more dangerous form), and youd have better starting stability and it would take less energy if you kept the dumbbells close to ur chest almost resting on you as you got it into position, doing that also forces you to get proper ROM.
the only way anyone hurts themselves doing this movement is by elbow flaring and failing with poor ROM.
if anyone reading this also does this you should really go down in weight (30-35 if you did 42s like this) and work on ur form and ROM you are going to injure yourself eventually if you keep getting stronger with this form.

Man I hope you see this comment. I fcked up my shoulder with form exactly like yours in this vid. Your elbows need to be tucked in (approximately 45 degrees) otherwise you will have a torn supraspinatus. This is one of the most common gym injuries and it won't go away without operation in most cases. I am not talking shit or something, I like your content a lot and I just want to save you from the unnecessary pain. Sorry for a long message.

How long have u been training bro ? Amazing strength, and do u think performing heavy overhead movements effected ur growth? Im 15 too and want to switch to a strength focused program. Do not want to stunt my growth with heavy squats and OHPs
