I think few people from my generation understand how rare of a talent Layne was (98' kid). He's right up their with the best of all time. In terms of pure vocal power, I don't see an equal, he could wake the dead. Jeff buckley is my overall favorite, but God I miss Layne. The music he could've created, imagine Chris, Buckley, Kurt, Bennington, Staley, and Lanegan together... thank God Cantrell, Thomas Yorke, and and Eddie vedder are still around. So much talent in the late 80s to the late 90s and almost none of them are here... brutal loses
