The theory I have about the first new character we see, the girl in the red, is that she's related to Ephemer and by relation Xehanort. But the features she and Ephemer share, blue eyes and white/sliver hair, are also features that Riku has.

No, I'm not saying that Xehanort is Riku's Grandfather. As that would have been confirmed a long time ago. So the possibility of the two being distant relatives is there. Since Xehanort would have had more than just his mother as his family. Such as an aunt, an uncle or even cousins. And with how Xehanort was taken to Destiny Islands to protect him, its possible that the same happened with one of his relatives who eventually lived their life and started a family that Riku ends up born into.

And I'm saying this because of how MIssing Link is dealing with Bloodlines and exploring the bloodlines of major characters in the series makes sense. I mean, we have the possibility of meeting someone related to Kairi in Missing Link as her family's bloodline needs to be expanded upon a bit. As we only know about her grandmother.

After watching this trailer I guess the Japanese beta test leak is confirmed to be real. They have the same dive to the heart look! I can't believe none of the KH YouTubers have been talking about it it's been out for a couple of months now.

Hmm maybe there's something special about our player character. At the very end of dark road the player character says to baby xehenort that in their second life they learned that darkness will prevail and light will expire but the child of destiny will change this. So the player character has memories of this scala, keeping in mind the trailer says this is a blank era which will be forgotten.

I'm certain that Brain and Luxu are working together, the question is who is who? Given Sigurd's importance in Missing-Link and likely in KH4, let's be mindful of potential shenanigans that caused this to be a forgotten era completely. Luxu or someone with his keyblade appears in this time, yet ultimately that same keyblade will eventually be hung up before the Dark Road time.

Yknow, if you try to think about it somewhat, even more with theories about Sora Family being important and etc.

What if Riku is another descendant of Ephemer, they both share white wavy hair, same color of eyes and we also have Terra having that vision that makes him see Young Xehanort and KH2 Riku while looking at Riku. Of course I am not saying that Riku is Xehanort Son or anything, but they could be distant relatives given how many generations past we are talking about. It would also serve to give Riku further purpose if the plot goes forward with Scala and Quadratum, since both him and Sora would have their origins connected

You'll notice the the command types are all elemental and colored exactly like that of Genshin Impact (Red Fire, Brown/Yellow Earth, Green Flower/Life, Cyan Wind, Blue Water, etc.)

I had a random theory. Is the Astral plane the relm of darkness? You would think not but untill we see. It's posible

I am not going to conclude one way or the other who the girl is. But I have two possible theories of who she is. She could be who you say she is. Although, I see her eye color is considerably bluer than Ephemer's light green eyes. She could also be Kairi's grandmother's grandmother.
And I think it makes sense that Kairi's Grandmother would know about the world's rebirth if she was raised in this phase of Scala at the same time as Xehanort was.
Either way, it would work out.
