The truth as I see it is neither party seems to differ much in policy and do little constructive once they're elected. They spend much of their time criticizing each other and fabricating questionable stories. Nothing much gets done by whoever is in power, at least not by the elected officials. Most of The grunt work goes to the well paid un-elected bureaucrats, justices and deputy ministers we've never even heard of never mind voted for. Too many fancy positions and highly paid posts wasting vast amounts of taxpayers money to Keep the taxpayers divided, confused and paying. The charade goes on. .

In the last four years our dollar has weakened, our most iconic companies have lost business, jobs and revenues. Our most profitable and leading industries have lost momentum for growth and marketshare. There is an increased support towards western separation. Our military remains underfunded and ill equipped to handle any serious crisis. Almost all of our foreign policy relations with worlds most powerful markets (India China USA) have deteriorated. We have become a country of nay sayers who automatically says no to any major project for the national good without even giving it rational thought. Special interest minority groups have a stronger say than the national well problems after another. I just hope people make an educated decision at the polls this October and rationally evaluate the current government.

This is honestly the least energized I’ve ever been for an election. I honestly don’t like any of the leaders (especially Bernier (direction of his policies) and Singh (inexperienced)) and don’t see much reason to vote this time around. Maybe things will change in the Fall, but the divisive environment and the lack of issues at hand at the moment has lead me to probably change the channel this time around.
