Okay so I JUST fixed mine after like a week of trying . Put both earbuds in the case, hold down the earbuds with your fingers for 9 seconds until both earbuds flash blue lights … then take then out the case at the same time, and only one should be trying to connect with the Bluetooth ! Then connect it and boom both are in sync!

These things don't work. Looks like so many in the comments have the same problem: only one connects. And every vid is for unboxing. Does this brand harass videos who troubleshoot why it doesn't work? 😾

If your like me and purchased 1-4 pairs and NONE of them worked, the best way to troubleshoot these is to add some lighter fluid and a lit match! BOOM BABY! SOUND IS STRAIGHT FIRE AND PROBLEM FIXED! 🔥👍 🙃

Ok so I just got mine and my left earbuds keeps switching off and then I have to put it back in the case and then activate it again and it gets quite annoying. Don't know what to do about it.

I got the nanopods today brought them home. They would not turn on or the led lights would not turn on and I tried charging the case and everything so I returned them.... got a second pair. Same problem. So I brought them back and got a 3rd I've used different charging blocks and cables and I've even tried with all my power banks and I haven't seen a led light work on any of the 3 pairs I've went though today. Seems like everybody is trying to say the sound is amazing and out weighs it's faults... but these are bullshit. What's best buy doing by selling these. I've had the same experiences with happy plugs... another bullshit company that best buy is selling for. I love best buy its my get away / happy place but I'm not impressed. I bought the jlab go pop for the same price today and I only had to buy 1 pair... it was simple and easy and they actually sound amazing. U get 3 different sound modes and that alone is worth more than the $30 Canadian I spent. I consider myself a earbudoligist and I've got everything from jlab go pop air to B&o I'm sorry to say it but this company sucks. I wanted to love these nanopods cuz the fit is amazing and my wife fell in love with the look/ colour but we couldn't get any sound out of 3 pairs. Ohh and I got the happy plug ANC for her as well for her last bday.... "she told me not to buy her airpod Pros cuz of the price" so I thought I got her the next best thing with the happy plugs... and they didn't work.. so don't buy those 2 pairs of earbuds. It shouldn't be this hard to get ur earbuds to sync and to listen to music. Go with jlab, soundpeats and earfun if ur on a tight budget.... soundcore is amazing on any of there products as well.

I bought these earbuds a while back and they worked as one, now i have separate coconnections so I can go deaf in my ear of choice. How do I get them to connect as one again?

These are hand down the best and affordable earbuds out there. I got one for my mom and one for my brother, and they absolutely love them! I just bought a pair of them for myself to use in college, and a pair for my dad. Definitely recommend these
