Up till now we have been listening to so many interviewees abd experts, but basically they are talking about the same thing ie, China need to follow wto rules, china steals ip and china subsidizing state own company. but there is all talk and no substance. can you guys find some experts who can explain in details which particular wto rules china are breaking and what action can be taken ( if there is rules that has been broken obviously some action can be taken against china, which ip has been stolen and why not take court action if it is your ip, how china subsidizing state own company and how american "subsidizing" private companies by giving tax examption, etc. give some quantitative figures and show the ligitimacy of your claims other than keep mentioning the same old point.

According to economic theory, state enterprises are highly inefficient and can in no way compete with private enterprises. So if the Chinese government are dumping money into these, it would be to the advantage of their competitors.
