That Is Very Good For Less Than $12, 000 A Year. Average 2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom Here In The States Is From $1, 200 And Above Every Month. For Ikoyi, I Will Jump On It

thank you sir for this video, I think the price for renting this apartment is too expensive. The apartment is only two bedrooms not three. With this amount of money I could buy a 600 sqm land in Lomé (TOGO) in a well known area or even I can find a three and/or four bedrooms apartment in Lekki, Ibeju... with a fully fifted kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and balcony or terace

Avoid houses with serial parking if you don't want to be disturbed at 2pm to "REPARK" :D :D

Why Are Houses in Lagos Overpriced? Even Double the price at Developed European Top Cities

This is how a regular apartment should look like.. nothing spectacular!. I would say it's way overpriced at 6m.. a lil over $10, 000. I pay $24, 000 here annually in the US for a 2bedroom 2bath but I get other augmented services. That toilet.. who installs blinds that size in a toilet?! Well I believe the increase in real estate prices in Nigeria is also dependent on the state of the economy and the fluctuating currency.
