Brentwood Innovation Center

The Brentwood Innovation Center offers a unique opportunity for life science developers, investors and companies to consider a 100-plus acre site to build a new campus which already has several entitlement issues addressed such as a Programmatic EIR and recently approved Specific Plan. The City is also investing $25M in public infrastructure improvements to improve circulation and offer site access along Highway 4 from both the Lone Tree Way and Sand Creek Road exits.

The Brentwood Innovation Center also offers a reverse commute option for the thousands of pharmaceutical and medical device workers living in the East Bay cities of Berkeley, Emeryville and Oakland. They can reach Brentwood in less than 1 hour, far shorter commute than driving from the Highway 4 Corridor to the San Mateo Peninsula or Santa Clara.

I escaped Brentwood in 2014. I escaped CA in 2014. I moved to Brentwood during the times that protected community (from Anticoh). I lived there for 18 years. What a crazy crime ridden place that place has become. Crime is allowed to flouresh. Just like any other place on Contra Costa County and the state. Sad times for those folks.

I hope it's something like Fruitvale Village as the Transit Center. I hope to see tall buildings retail on bottom, maybe a rooftop bar with string lights different color lights etc.!!

Build them while hot, next crash that place will be ghost town, people already forgot how bad it was during 2008 crash.

Hard pass for me, Especially if they are going to put a BART station in. Nothing but trouble has followed Bart stations.
