EZ Edge Strap Beveler

In today's video, Chuck demonstrates the EZ Edge Strap Beveler. Get clean and consistent edges quickly and easily with this handy benchtop tool. The edger comes with two, size 2 blades that feature six cutting edges. Once one of the blades dull, just turn the blade to the next cutting edge and you have a sharp, new blade.

I have had one of these for several years and it is great. Well worth the $$. The blades last a LONG time too. I would recommend this for any leather shop.

Very nice tool and I can see the value in it if you are in production. As a hobby/crafter, I couldn't justify the cost of getting one. It looks precision made so I'm sure that figures in the price of it.

Best part about this machine is when you are lining belts you only want to bevel the top of the belt until you get the liner glued onto the belt. So you machine edge the top half of the belt and use a fine hand edger once the belt is lined with 2-3oz veg tan. Perfect! Later Chuck.

How do you polish the back side of veg tan, so you have 2 sides that are comfortable for clothes and holsters so you don’t need a liner?
