Traxxas X Maxx bash with new body finally

All right guys so here’s a little bash session of my xmaxx with a new body. As you guys know if you watch this channel often, I needed a body halfway bad and I finally got one. This body is the solar flare body and it’s been done with drywall tape and shoe goo. Also I trimmed the rear of the body off to see if I can prolong the body breaking. So on my last body, the rear of the body started breaking when that area cracked and it ended up leading to the whole back of the body breaking. So I trim this part of it just to see if it’ll help keep the body intact longer but it did last over a year. also when you go to buy a new X max body make sure that the body comes with all the protective plastic. So the orange body does not come with the roof protection or the rear bed cap protector. Only the solar flare body and rock ‘n’ roll body came with the roof rack and was actually cheaper than the orange body.

lol I literally bought the same body like 3 days ago! I use flex seal spray and brush it around, i think its the same as shoe goo but in an aerosol form!

solar flare is legit af. you got xt90's with balance leads on those traxxas batteries ? on top of the maxx ? or were they some other brand ?

Nice monster. I have a nice upgraded Xmaxx on my channel. Check it out! 25/35 gearing Max 5 and 1100kv motor. Triple backflips, etc. I use an external roll cage and that helps protect the body even without shoe goo and all that stuff.
