Erik can you explain every once in a while some of your cow terms. “Pre-fresh” etc. you get new viewers all the time. You do a great job of explaining things.

I really like that system. Such a cool idea. Even cooler that you are able to pipe it under the road to the rented farm also. Spring forage will be thick and tall next year!

It seems really clever that the pumping saves a lot of trucking time and cost. Impressive system. Glad you were able to retrieve your drone. Thanks and enjoy your meeting.

Glad to hear you say to stay back from the high pressure hose, lost a friend 20 years ago when an irrigation hose coupling broke and hit him in the head about 20 meters away….

Great vids Eric. Super informative. Love your content. I grew up in a 100 head jersey farm. Brings back memories. Your content is becoming one of my favs. 👍👍 I'm a trucker now a days, hauled human poop from a municipal lagoon several years ago to two separate drag lines.

It's cool that you see suggestions in the comments and give em a try instead of being one of those guys too good to take advice hopefully nobody leads you the wrong direction

I'm always amazed how there is no slack on the line where it connects to the tractor. I figured the tension on that connection from dragging a mile long hose has to be immense. It's impressive process and makes me wonder who came up with the idea of dragging a line thousands of feet long to spread manure on a pasture.

My favorite job, pumping the manure pit. I've never seen a drag-line set up before. That's amazing. I bet those guys have seen some big time blowouts before.

I really like how you utilize the suggestion of one of your fans. They helped you out. I wonder if they are a dairy farmer. A channel that attracts other dairy farmers has people in the profession that may have utilized some techniques that can work.

I, however, am a armchair dairy farmer as they say😂 I know most of my ideas might be really lame, but I have one…

About 6000psi going through that hose depending on their setup, we run two rigs and can pump up to 3 miles of hoses

you can fly you drone at night if it is a dji. you can change the bottom left corner to be a radar so you can see yourself as a dot and the drone as a arrow. you can fly back completley blind. i use it find massive parties by my house. i live in the country so its pitch black at night. also the photo camera works beter at night then the video camera.

Not sure what kind of drone you have, but some of them have a home option. Before you take off it will mark where you are starting as home and then you can tell it to return home when you are done.

Did a road trip recently. Passing through Twin Falls Idaho, there's plenty of dairy farms around there it would appear. Catching a whiff, I suspect many of them did their fall manure spreading between when we passed that way on the outbound and return legs of our trip. Great vid as always 10th Gen.
