Cool part about the "screen call" feature is that if you hit the "this is spam" button, it'll tell the caller to remove you from their call list. Very cool.

I've owned the Pixel 3 XL since the day it launched and I've watched every video about it on YouTube. This is hands down the absolute best one. I'm a retired technologist but this video was excellently presented so newbies and pros alike can equally benefit from it.

I like everything about the Pixel 3 XL (except the display could be brighter). But for me, the call screening is killer! I get about three spam calls a day and this keeps me from screaming at a recorded voice and actually makes me smile...just before I block the number.

Kudos for an exceptional tips video.

It's 2020 and my son finally convinced me to get a cell phone - no, never had one. We decided on the PIXEL 3a XL because I enjoy photography and the camera had good reviews; it's coming this week. Being a cellphone dinosaur the amount of material I have to learn is mind-boggling so I began searching for help on Google, because I can't expect my son to teach me everything. I learnt that with my PC and tablet, "Mom just Google it", was what I heard most often.😄 I read numerous articles and watched videos and then came upon Droid Life and was grateful to find clear explanations for everything I'll need to use my new phone, from unboxing to tips and tricks. Thank you Droid Life for making my life easier ... and definitely my son's!

I love the "app drawer" feature, makes the phone seem less like a mess! Also that you can clear all apps at once unlike the iPhone. I had an LG G6 for a brief period of time and switched back to iPhone for various reasons, but the Pixel is definitely the phone I want once my contract ends in November with my current phone distributor. Will watch some videos in the meantime! The notch really isn't bothersome for me at first glance!
