I returned my first one and now have a second...only to find the same issue. Without the SSD installed, it slides and snaps in perfectly. After installing, it slides in but won't stick...in fact, if I turn it over, it slides back out. I've reseated the SSD multiple times but it won't stay in. My SSD is the Samsung 990PRO NVME M.2

Do we paste the pad without removing the sticker on the SSD we will put in it?

coz in the marketplace, that type written "b key" only...

I literally just got it a last week and it doesn't snap in anymore. The push button is basically useless now. Quiet disappointing

I don't understand how can it slide with the sticky cooling pad installed? If it can slide then it doesn't touch the case so there's no heat dissipation?

its 418 MB/s maximum writting speed and 349 MB/s maximum reading speed on usb 3.2 its about 3Gb/s and its should be 10 Gb/s why is that happening?!😧

The plastic small plastic piece that is supposed to stabilize the ssd is so horrible and cheap, it keeps falling off. Just terrible !!!!
